Privacy Policy

Overview

AI Resource Hub ("we," "us," or "the site") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or use the site, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices and rights available to you.

Information we collect

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we log basic analytics to understand how the site is used. This may include your IP address, approximate location (city, region, and country derived from your IP), browser and device type (user agent), the page you visited, the referring website, and how long you stayed. This information is used in aggregate to improve the site.

Account information. If you create an account to post in the Prompt Gallery, we store your email address and authentication details through our authentication provider (Supabase). We never have access to your password in plain text.

Content you submit. If you upload to the Prompt Gallery, we store the image or video, the prompt and hashtags you provide, any attached workflow file, and whether you marked the post public or private.

Prompt Generator. The Prompt Generator runs in your browser, and the prompts you build are not saved or transmitted to us — unless you use the optional "enhance with AI" feature, which sends the fields you entered to our server to generate an improved prompt.

Cookies and advertising

This site may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Analytics

We use basic first-party analytics (described above) to understand site usage. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers to operate the site: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), and a self-hosted media server for gallery files. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Third-party links

The Resources directory links to external AI tools and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. Please review their individual privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Your rights and choices

Cookies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how ads and some features function, but core content will remain accessible.

EEA / UK (GDPR). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent (such as for personalized ads), you may withdraw it at any time.

California (CCPA / CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain account and gallery data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. You may request deletion at any time.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows — for example, when advertising or subscription features change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
